Error on offline payment checkout

I'm testing the offline payment checkout option and I'm getting this error when I click Process Donation

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home4/jrose/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php56/lib/php') in /home4/jrose/public_html/templates/rt_cerulean/error.php on line 90

I want to give the option to pay with cryptocurrency so I renamed the offline payment option as you can see. I want this to just take the user to a page that has my crypto wallet details.

The issue has cause from your Joomla template, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you.

I had a similar issue after updating Joomla on a site using a Rockettheme template. Update your template and it will fix the problem or follow the innstructions here:

Yes, the issue has cause from template. I must modify source code of template to solve problem on Jonathan's site.
