I have a client upgrading his site from 2.5 to 3.8 - on his 2.5 site he has Joomdonation with a payment plugin called os-authnet with ossolutions as the authoer (you) the description was 'usaepay hack for Authorize.net' - the client has upgraded joomdonation to the latest version. Do you still have a plugin for USAePAY? This is NY Grand Lodge (masonic) and they use usaepay and want to keep using it - how can I use usaepay with the new Joomdonation? I do not see any payment plugin for that.

Currently, we don't have JD Epay, but you can submit ticket on category: Joom Donation and we will discuss more details about the custom work to implement Epay payment plugin.
