Stripe Recurring Donations failing

I have Joom Donation version 5.4.3 and Stripe plugin 2.0 .

I have recurring donations set up on Joom Donation. However, when you select that option there are 2 problems:

1. the predefined amounts are not showing properly (see form at ncfchurch.org/support )
2. the donation fails (see attached screen shot). It says the plan does not exist.

I need the recurring donation working ASAP as we are losing a lot of donations. The predefined amounts issue is secondary.
