Add a field to paypal title / JD_ONLINE_DONATION

Hi,
Any advice on how to include a field (comment field for example) into the paypal title (JD_ONLINE_DONATION) ?
I'm ok with php but I just wanted your advice on approach or if it's possible without major customization or if it's possible by default.

In next Joom Donation version, i will add new language constant for Paypal title.
