If a user clicks recurring, I need it to display 4 text boxes (donation amount) with text labels (2017, 2018, etc.) that allow the user to set amounts based on each year for the 4 year campaign.

The Recurring function only can have options:
Daily
Weekly
Bi-Weekly
Monthly
Yearly
We aren't able to add recurring function on specific year. Hope you understand.
