SOLVED !!! Paypal IPN Error

Hi,
I'm getting a paypal IPN Error.
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https:// **domain** /index.php?option=com_jdonation&task=payment_confirm&payment_method=os_paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
I tested with IPN tester and the link works.
Any ideas?
I do have admin tools and I saw in another post it can cause issues but the link is accessible and tests well with IPN tester.

Update***
I checked and there aren't any paypal donations (only donations by check) so this makes even less sense since the url is pretty obvious.
