SOLVED !!! Version 5.0 login form won't hide was created by thirdsun

It appears with version 5.0 adding the option to skip registration, the login/registration form always appears - setting it to Hide doesn't work correctly. I've reverted to 4.8, but was able to replicate the issue on a couple installs.

I can't because I can't leave it on there.... However, I did notice it happened on an upgrade, but on a new install it was fine.
