Correct permissions for tcpdf directory

Correct permissions for tcpdf directory was created by William Dickinson
What the permissions be set to for the tcpdf directory and tcpdf/cache directories? Can't seem to find it and the default for tcpdf/cache is currently 777.

Hi William,
I think you should put the permission of Cache directory of TCPDF is 777 to make the PDF export function to work properly.
