New feature request: Minimum amount allowed field

Dear friends,

First of all, thanks for this excelent Joomla! extension.

Under my opinion there is a Must-Have additional field, and it is the possibility to limit the allowed minimum donation amount!. To avoid that a donator should send an amount smaller than the cost that PayPal or any other payment gateway should charge to us.

In other words, I suggest you to include in the JDONATION Back-end configuration a new field that should limit and forbiden transactions down a xx amount.

I will stay tuned to see your opinion, about this proposal.

Just one question: will be implemented inside all your next versions as an standard feature or just integrated for me, tomorrow?.
I wish to have it in all next versions, too (As you may know, I have other features requested to you like: "2checkout gateway" through other post, that you will not be able to implement after your have done the "recurring donation of Joom Donation" feature you are focused for the next version).
