I have created a few custom fields to use on my donation form. I expected that the text I entered in the Description field on the Custom Field form would be visible to the user, so that I could use it to explain how to complete that field. However, it's not visible to the user. (I thought that when they hovered over the field name or the blank field, the Description text would appear.)
Is the Description field only visible to the admin? Is there any other way to provide guidance to the user on filling out particular fields? My donation form is at
