Paypal confirmed but not appearing to donors

Paypal confirmed but not appearing to donors was created by George
I setup the plugin with paypal sandbox account
My issue is that even though the payment is done and all look ok I do not see it at donors or at all at joom donate.
Is it because it is test?

ans: it was because my website wasnt open to outside.
