0 Cannot instantiate abstract class OSFFormField

We upgraded to Joom Donation 4.7 and Joomla 3.x on our site.

However, we cannot get the donation form to come up. We get an HTTP Error 500 when clicking on the "Donate Now" button.

We also use the jdform command in our articles and we are getting an HTTP Error 500 when clicking on the article.

Our site is down and not online until we get these issues resolved.

We had upgraded from the old joom donation and also upgraded our Joomla from 2.x to 3.x.

Hi Ahmad,
You can try to go to Back-end > Joom Donation > Custom fields and open your fields to modify. Then, please select Field type for those Custom fields

Going into the custom fields and selecting the field type and saving the record solved the problem!

It seems you are putting the article in the page that having modules of different extensions of us like Events Booking, Membership Pro..etc?

i just don't have any extensions enabled i added a donation to the menu and when i go to the pay donation tab it redirects me to the error page
