SOLVED !!! Recurring Donation as Default Option was created by Michael Kadrie
Is there a way to customize the form so that either the Recurring Donation is set to default or that it's the only option?
If not, which PHP page do I need to customize?

Hi Michael,
You can modify the Donation layout in :
root > components > com_jdonation > view > donation > tmpl > default.php
