Click "Donate" and nothing happens...

I recently installed joom donate and all seems fine, but when I click donate, the page starts working but goes nowhere.

I found a couple threads a month back on a similar issue, so I tried to re-download, uninstall the jdform and reinstall it, but still does same thing.

I'm new to all things web, in fact, i think this is my very first forum post in my life! So apologies if I missed where the answer to this question might be.

It must be something special with your website. Please submit a support ticket contains administrator account of your site. I will check it and tell you the reason .

Hi, I filled out a ticket a day ago and haven't heard back yet. Did I fill that ticket out correctly? Let me know if I didn't, I will try to correct it. Still having same issue with jdform. Thank you.

I am sorry for lately response. I was too busy in the last two days and could not reply to every ticket before .

I just checked your site and found that your server doesn't support SSL. However, in Configuration of Joom Donation, You set Activate HTTPS to Yes. I just set it to No and It works fine now .
