Emails are not being sent using PHP7.0.9

Emails are not being sent using PHP7.0.9 was created by R S
I changed PHP to 7.0.9 and the donation notification emails have stopped being sent. I think php 7.0.9 will work when using SendMail but I do not understand why emails do not go out using PHP Mailer. Any suggestions?
