Is there a search/filter functionality for the different campaigns? If you have 100+ campaigns running at the same time, you need one. You need to be able to search by Title or by Type/Category. Is this on the horizon?

We just have filter by Title of Campains in Jdonation backend.
On our extension doesn't support filter campains list in frontend. You can use pagination at the bottom if have many campains to display.
