Hiding elements for a campaign

I would love to have the ability to disable certain aspects of the donation form. I don't want these things to even show up on my form: Description (at the top of the form), "Campaign" (at the top above First Name), The section title "DONATION INFORMATION" also "DONOR INFORMATION", since I only have one payment type I don't want "Payment method" to show up either.

I like to have my forms as simple and easy as possible so anyway to streamline is better.

All of the above items are very important but another nice feature would be able to change the layout of the screen a bit so I could have two columns (Donor information on left) and then (Donation information on right).

That will require some customization to donation form layout. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to donation, we will try to customize it for you (I am not sure we can make donation layout into two columns, need my template developer check it to see whether it is possible to do that directly on your site)
