Where to find the "Donate me" plugin for CB?

I cannot find the "Donate me" plugin for CB in the installation data of Joomdonation. Where can I find it?

Actually, we don't support that plugin anymore

And From Joom Donation 4.2 if I remember correctly, we have removed the code to support it

So if you want to use that plugin, you can get it here. But you will then have to use old version of Joom Donation and we won't provide any support for that plugin
