thermometer issue

thermometer issue was created by Stan Pletcher
We have just purchased the latest version and installed it.
I have made a campaign and then added the thermometer module to a page position.
Our issues are the following:
The thermometer is only half showing. (the middle is missing)
I'm assuming it is a css issue since the button also half disappears on mouse over.
Currently the link is: cosw.org/40th-meeting/register-as-attend...k=individualRegister
If you don't see it, I have turned the module off. For now it is active.
