Donors not showing up in Joom Donations

Set up and configured Joom Donations, but my donors are not showing up. I did a test donation and it never showed up. Any sugestins?

Sorry, I am not sure we worked together via support ticket or not ? Could you please submit a a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted
