My Campaign Title is not displaying properly

I have the following Translation Set:
JD_DONATION [CAMPAIGN_TITLE]
JD_ONLINE_DONATION [CAMPAIGN_TITLE]

But instead of properly translating to the Title of my Campaign, it just shows the text [CAMPAIGN_TITLE] on my Campaign Donation Page.

Also, I noticed that even though I just installed 4.1, the component says at the bottom:
Joom Donation version 4.0, Copyright (C) 2010 - 2015 Ossolution Team

I verified in the extensions that it does show as 4.1.

Please assist.

That text is only used to pass the campaign title to Paypal. If you want to use it on donation page, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to donation page. We are going to customize code to make it works for you

Please be hurry as we are going to have short holiday soon and will only come back to office on Monday next week (we will be here for about 1.5 hours more)
