Questions after buying plugin

Hi Tuan,

We had some earlier contact by email. We bought the Joom Donation module. We want to launch a big website in a few weeks and we have to important question about the module. Hope you can help us.

- "Not Required" fields not working at Custom fields
- We have some standard fields at the Donor Information page. When we click that a field is not required, the asterix symbol disappears but when we click on donate a red field appears with "This field is required". At back end: setting is not required.
- Automatic Title change after campaign is finished after end date
Is is possible that every campaign gets a status? Like: - PENDING - FUNDED - FAILED
- Automatic campaign closing after end date
Is is possible that every campaign automatically closes after the end date? Donation should not be possible anymore after this ! (lock, remove Donate Button)
- Anonymous donation not working
When we enable the option for anonymous donation, on the front-end the required fields are still required/needed so anonymous donation is not working.
- Payment options
We want to add the following payment options:
1. iDeal with Mollie
2. Paypal
3. Creditcards
Can you advice us some modules for this including pricing?
- Sorting of Campaigns
At the front-end we want to sort our list of campaigns. Now, the oldest campaign is showing up at the front and the newest campaign is showing at the bottom. Is it possible to reverse this (newest at the front, oldest at the bottom)
- Donation Thermometer
We want to show the thermometer NEXT to each campaign, inside the column of each campaign.
- Facebook
1. Is it possible to show a like and share button to share each different campaign on Facebook (by donors / visitors)?
2. Is it possible to automatically get a reply function with Facebook beneath each different campaign so users can tag friends? Please see Facebook Comment Plugin at: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments
- Show ID of campaign in title like: #341 TitleCampaign
Is this possible?
-Search function in different campaigns
Is is possible to add a search function to search in the different campaign at the front-end?

Below are my answers to your questions:

"Not Required" fields not working at Custom fields

=> For these custom fields, please edit, set Validation Rules to empty. After that, it will become optional

Automatic Title change after campaign is finished after end date

=> Unfortunately, it is not supported in the extension. So if you want to have the feature, you will need to find someone to customize it for you.

Automatic campaign closing after end date

=> That is possible with some small code modification. You can submit a support ticket and we will do the modification for you

Anonymous donation not working

=> You mis-understand how it works. When people select Anonymous donation, they will have to enter all donation information like others. The only difference is that when the donation records is being displayed in the frontend, the system won\t show name of the donor, it will replace name with Anonymous

Sorting of Campaigns

=> Campaigns are ordered by ordering. You can go to Joom Donation => Campaigns, change ordering of the campaigns to meet your need.

Donation Thermometer

=> Unfortunately, due to the complicated of the javascript code used to generate the thermometer, it is not possible to do that (it is not possible to have multple thermometer in the same page)

Facebook

=> Unfortunately, there is no integration with Facebook in Joom Donation

Show ID of campaign in title like: #341 TitleCampaign

=> It can be done with some small modification to the code. If you submit support ticket, I will be happy to help doing this modification

Search function in different campaigns

=> Unfortunately, the search function is not available in Joom Donation

As pointed out in the answers above, Joom Donation doesn't have some features which you need for your project. So in case you could not use the extension because of this reason, we can refund the money of your purchase so that you can find different product which meets your requirement better if needed
