I am using the component for a US based none for profit and their accounting staff want to be able to get access to the donation receipts that get sent out.. I can do that for them by ftp from the media directory where they seem to be stored but I am curious that they cannot be access from the administration area or as a download option.
Separately but a possible work around for me would be to include the admin e-mail address along with the donor e-mail of the receipt, so it gets copied to the admin as well as the donor.
I will look at adding this as a hack to solve my problems but any help or advice from the team would be helpful.
