campaign specific emails not working?

I created a specific user email for a campaign. The "User Email Subject" is working. The User Email Body is picking up the default configuration email. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what payment method you are using so that we can check to see what's the reason of the issue and get it sorted?
