No module class suffix field

No module class suffix field was created by spitjack
The donation form is killing a contact form... I could correct in an instant if there were a module class suffix field available.

Module class suffix of the module or the form ? Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can look at it and understand the issue? What module you are using ? Donation Form plugin ?

OK. I see that the donation form module doesn't have that parameter, so I added it. Please get the module here, upgrade it to your site and you can set module class suffix for it
