What payment method you are using ? Is that currency supported by the payment gateway you are using (for example, Paypal) ?

No please it is not supported by Paypal.
I am using it for offline payments.

You can go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, there is a config option called "Currency Symbol". You can change it to your currency and it will work well
