Paypal payment problem

Hello,
I have a problem with the Paypal payment of Joomdonation : after I complete the donation form, I'm redirected to Paypal website.
I enter Paypal email and password, I confirm the payment. After that I click to be redirected to my website. All is ok and the payment is done in Paypal history but there are three problems :

1) In the Donors list of Joom Donation component in Joomla the new donation is indicated as NOT PAID.
2) I don't receive the confirmation email.
3) The user don't receive the confirmation email.

I specify that at the moment I have a normal Paypal account, not a Business one. Could you help me as soon as possible?

Maybe that's because Paypal IPN is disabled on your site for some reasons. Could you please login to the Paypal account which receives payment, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages. If there are, what are the status of the messages?

Please check it and get back to me so that I can check it further

I don't find IPN in my Paypal history... is it possible that there is no IPN with a normal Paypal account? (at the moment it's not a Business Paypal account).

What kind of Paypal account you are using?

Maybe Paypal IPN is disabled on your Paypal account for some reasons ? Then you can follow the instructions at www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal to setup and enable it

In the IPN URL box, just enter URL of your site

After that, please try again
