406/404 page when processing an offline donation

I have version 2.7.0 Joom donation installed. The forums renders correctly, I have updated the various messages and email it looks great....but. When trying to process an offline donation a 404 page is returned. The donation goes through and emails are generated so I think I'm just missing some small part of the set up somewhere.

It must be something special with your site because I just checked it again and don't see the problem as you said. Could you please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you ?
