No response to support ticket

No response to support ticket was created by Jeff
Hi, I logged a support ticket on Thursday last week with a problem with Joom Donation Payway plugin with no response yet. Can someone please respond and advise.

Hi Jeff
It is hard for me to check and solve the issue myself as it depends on Payway or maybe your hosting provider, so I need your help to contacting them.
Could you please first contact Payway and show them this log file menziesfoundation.org.au/components/com_...y/ccapi_20150423.log . They should be able to check and tell us the reason of the error.
Right now, we are receiving error while making payment request to Payway:
Could you please ask them why we are receiving that error ? From my guess, I think it might happens because the file cacerts.crt and ccapi.pem might be wrong for some reasons and Payway prevents the payment request. If that's the case, I think Payway support will guide you to download the two files from your account, then you can upload the files to components/com_jdonation/payments/library/ folder of your site and try again

Hi Tuan,
Thanks, you help was very useful. Payway advised downloading and replacing the certificate which has resolved the issue.
Testing is now responding however the Invoice feature does not appear to me working. The confirmation email arrives but the invoice./receipt is not attached.

OK Jeff. That's the hard part and it is now working. I am going to check the other item which you reported in this support ticket. We are on holiday now and only me do support, so please be patient and wait for me
