Tracking Donors who do not complete transaction

My client just terminated authorize.net and is using the PayPal plugin exclusively. Their concern is that donors may not be completing as many donations as before. ie. leaving once they get to the PayPal portal.

Is their a way to place tracking code on either the individual donation form or Paypal redirect message. This would give us a count of how many fill out the form verses how many donations are made.

We don't have a way to do that. If you want, you will need to edit the code yourself

There is another ways to track. You can go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, set the config option "Show pending donation records" to Yes

Then the donors who don't complete payment will be showed in Donors List from backend with none paid status. That would allow you to track the data as well
