When I have a donation page where the user can select the campaign from the drop down, the custom fields for a specific campaign do not display when that campaign is selected.
Infact, it was a bug and we fixed about two weeks ago. So please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download latest version from there, upgrade it to your site and the issue will be gone
