Donor Information Ordering

This is a very minor issue, but in the Donor Information section of the donation form, for U.S. addresses at least, nost people are accustomed to seeing the country selection after the city, state and ZIP code. In the component as it is now, the country selection is located after the city name. Not a big deal, but perhaps something that could be adjusted in a future release.
