Limit payment plugin to specific language?

Is there a way to limit a payment plugin to a specific language? We have a site that is in English and Brazilian Portuguese and we don't want to offer Authorize.net SIM to the portuguese donations (just paypal). I'd love to be able to just hide the option when the page is in portuguese.
