Editor compatability

Hi,

I'm having problems with the editor.

The Event short and long descriptions do not hold my text formatting.

Example...

<p> text <b>text</b></p>.

On hitting apply or save gets changed to:

<p> text text</p>.

My site editor works OK. The article I published for the event booking 'Terms & Conditions' holds formatting correctly.

I have tried both TinyMCE, CKEditor and No Editor have the same issue.

I have tried unchecking the 'Code cleanup on save' button of the editor plugin.

I suspect it's a file or folder permissions (CHMOD) issues as I have had a few of these.

Would you be able to take a look?

I have checked my folder permissions are 777

I have also check my user editor is set to the same and the global editor.

OK Not to worry, I have changed hosting and this has fixed it so it was most probably file permission settings server side.
