Hi there. I'm an IT guy working for the Oshkosh Area Humane Society, and they're using PayPal Pro on their Joomla website www.oahs.org . When they use PayPal Pro and then finally click "Process Donation" when using a credit card, they get redirected to a blank page. Any ideas on how we can fix this? We're using Joomla version 2.5.19 .

Hi

There might be several reasons causing the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?

I checked the site and found that you are using the payment plugin of Payment Form for Joom Donation and that's the reason causing the error.
I updated the correct payment plugin to your site and it should work fine now. Please go to your site to check it and confirm !
