[Solved] Problem with Donation History Receipt

I'm getting a white page when I try to reprint a donation receipt. I set Error Reporting to Development, I'm not getting any errors on the page. It takes a long time for the white page to be displayed, it could be a timeout error.

I have the latest posted version, 3.5, upgraded from 3.0.

That's strange. The latest version now is 3.6 (haven't upgraded the new version in JED yet). So maybe you are having old version ? Could you download latest version and upgrade it to your site and check it again first ?

If it still doesn't work, please send us admin and FTP account of your site via support ticket so that we can check and correct it for you.

PS My Downloads still shows 3.5.0 as the version. The zip shows newer dates than my previous download. I really can't tell the version from the file name or contents.

We have progress! I have no idea what that means, but it is better than a blank page.

For anyone having this problem, the issue was a missing cache folder: The download works like a charm with that fixed!
