[Solved] Problem with Receipt Email

I'm having two receipt problems, I'm putting them in two posts. If they are related, please feel free to combine them.

My user email body contains a graphic: All that shows up in the email itself is the alt text. How can I get the graphic to appear in the email to the user?

I have reverted to the standard Joomla! .htaccess file and have tried this with Akeeba Admin Tools Web Application Firewall enabled and disabled.

It seems your site is in development mode and it blocks access from outside (maybe via .htaccess file). If you try to access to the file pkf.fangorn.us/images/PKF_Letterhead_web.png , you won't be able to see it as well (it asks for login/authentication).

So in this case, you will need to remove that logins authentication and the image should be displayed properly !

I'm pretty sure I tried it without the .htaccess login. I'll disable it and try again to be sure. Thanks.

I disabled Admin Tools and removed the .htaccess password. I'm using a standard Joomla! .htaccess file. I upgraded to JoomlDoanation 3.6.

I'm still getting the alt text in the email receipt instead of the graphic.

I sent login and FTP credentials.

See my response on the support ticket for reason of the error. it was a mistake with your input !

In case anyone is wondering what the fix was, the "width=100%" is no longer valid in the img tag. That's an html rule, not a JoomDonation rule.
