Restrict Payment Plugin/Method to User Group

Hi, how can I stop a specific payment plugin/method (offline payment) from showing on the donation forms for different users/user groups? For general public/registered users donating to this charity they should only have the option of using PayPal.

However, for Charity Administrators/Managers/Workers, they need to have the option to do Offline Payments. I can think of 2 ways this might be possible, but I am a novice so don't know what to do so any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Is there a way to restrict the "Payment Method" on donation forms to show "Offline Payment" option to frontend Joomla Managers and above only?
OR
2. How can I create a duplicate donation form for frontend managers that uses a different payment method (ie. One donation form only uses PayPal & the other donation form only uses offline payment option)

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported at the moment. I think the easiest way would be adding access field to payment plugin edit page, allows you to set access level for each payment plugin and then on donation form, the system will display the payment methods based on the access level of the current user.

This won't be a standard feature of Joom Donation. If you want, maybe you can consider hiring us to customize it for you. I will only charge you 20$ for doing this customization.
