Paypal - How to transfer Address info

Hi,
When people make a donation to our Paypal account, they have to re-enter their address, phone number and email address. Shouldn't this information be transfered from Joom Donation?
Is there a setting that I have missed?

Hi Ron

The phone number could not be transfered because Paypal use a different phone number format (requires 3 fields for passing phone number to Paypal). Other fields should be transfered properly (email, name, address...).

All of these fields are not transfered properly in your case ? What country do you choose from country dropdown ?

The address fields and email address also don't transfer to PayPal for me either. The donor is having to retype them. Please see attached screenshot.

Also, the default country shows as United States at PayPal. Is there a way to set it to Canada as per the configuration settings in JoomDonation?

Under the configuration settings, default country is set to Canada. Active Currency is set to Canadian dollars. In the PayPal plugin settings, currency is set to Canadian Dollars

I'm using JoomDonation v3.5 on Joomla 3.2.2

Please advise what I need to do so that the address/city/postal codes fields are transferred to PayPal, as well as setting the default country selection to Canada at PayPal.
