thank you msg not displayed after donation

thank you msg not displayed after donation was created by allthingsweb
When a user returns from DPS after making a successful donation, the Thank you message is not displayed. The site's template is displayed... just not the thank you message I've entered in the configuration. Any thoughts?

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site ? I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted right away.
