PDF Indexer - Permission Denied

I've attempted the suggestions here - from permission denied problem:

but achieved the same result but no success.

Could you please submit a support ticket giving us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it fixed ? The extension rely on pdf2text library and sometime it doesn't work on some server .

I will try my best to fix it. So please send me the information of your site and we will check it right away !
