problem inserting paypal form

Hallo Tuan,
I found a way out to my little prob of the 2 paypal account by adding a variable named JD_DEDUCTION that explains how to deduct payments in U.S.

My problem is that in this variable I add some text and some html code.
Inside the html code, beyond the rest, there's a <form> tag.
Weel: it works perfectly with all the other tags BUT deletes completely the <form>.

How can I fix it?

I created this variable named JD_DEDUCTION to add some text in the donation page ( www.falcomemorialfund.com/index.php/en/donate-en )
The content of the english version of JD_DEDUCTION is "TAX DEDUCTIBLE? Your donation to The Falco Memorial Fund can be tax deductible in the USA only through use of this form. Ecovillage Network of the Americas will process your donation for us when you download, print and mail this form with your donation checks made payable to ENA. Download here a paper module".

After that, I sould add a Paypal button ( "<form action=" www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr " method="post" target="_top"> ... ").
I do add it, I upload the file on the server but when I load the donate page it just show me the images but the form tag is missing.
I can upload it for a while, if you tell me so.
