Hi Minerva

It seems there is some css on your site causing the issue. Would you mind submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you ?

I am still working in Local, so it's not possible FTP connection. I know programming very well, please tell me the instructions and I will do it by myself.

Look at the file modules/mod_jdonation/tmpl/default.php, find the code class="inputbox", replace it with "input-small" should solve the issue !
