OK. It is 10pm here now. On tomorrow morning, I have to go to my home with a personal work, and only come back to office on tomorrow afternoon. So I will check and reply both of you before this time on tomorrow with the result

Hi Steven,
Did you get your ticket resolved or at least a reply from Tuan , cos i didn't get any reply from him on the ticket I created not even a word to let me know he's working on it or not.

No. This is why we are probably going to another vendor. This is what happened before and after a few days I received a reply that they didn't support First Data with no other explanation.

We are probably going with donor panel. It's not an extension but a service offsite that uses JavaScript to embed.
