show different amounts for one-time vs recurring

I think you need to have a distinction between one-time and recurring amounts. So when you select one of the radio boxes, different amounts show for each type. Look at what I have in my amounts - that is not only ugly, it has the potential for someone to make a very costly mistake (a $1500 per day mistake).
