Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) Problem

Hi..
i'm receiving donations successfully on live site but its not adding them in donors list neither its filling campaign goal.. and i have received this email from paypal.

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

/index.php?option=com_jdonation&task=donation_confirm&payment_method=os_paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

i checked the complete url and its a blank page on my site.. so how i fix this IPN problem? urgent reply needed.

That's strange . IPN works for all other clients . Could you please send me administrator account and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you ?
