can't acces donation form

can't acces donation form was created by melanie
The component become unable to work when i use SEF (SEO) on my site. When user click donate on "joomdonation module", the site return a eror, said that (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long). can anyone help me fix this issue?

That's strange . Could you please submit a support ticket contains your site information(FTP account and Joomla administrator account) so that I can check and fix it for you ?
