First, I'd like to say this is an amazing component. I took a chance on it and paid for it without even testing any of the others in the JED. Within 3 days we had 3 campaigns close out with over $500 as of today (just a few days total) and we haven't even advertised the site yet. I'll save all that praise for the JED rating. :)

Couple of issues:

1. I'm not getting the thank you emails and I don't know why. Attached is the area to which I'm referring. I made a donation myself to see if I'd get the Thank you email but I don't. I'm assuming the attached section is the setting for the email I should get.

2. Is there a way for Joom Donation to send out an email/invoice for those donors who chose recurring billing?

Hi

Today, I just released the new version : 2.6.4 . Please upgrade the new version to see the whether the problem the problem fixed. I tested the new version very carefully and don't see the problem as you said . If the problem still happen, there must be something special with your website . Please submit a support ticket contains your site information (FTP account and Joomla administrator account) so that I can check and fix it for you .

Will do the upgrade and get back with you concerning #1. As for #2, I think I misunderstood what handles what. Turns out, their Paypal profile is set for recurring payment and Paypal sends the notice. Still getting used to it. Need some docs explaining the whole flow of what happens from beginning to end.

I have another thread about the donor receiving emails even after they cancel their recurring payment profile in Paypal. That is still an issue but it seems to have mysteriously stopped, and apparently on its own. I'm going to try to do another recurring payment from my personal account and see if it does it consistently. Thanks for the reply.
