Donation payment integration problem with Joomla

I am facing 2 problems, here are the details:

1> When i click on "Process Donation" after filling up the donation form i get the following error:

Your donation was failure
Reason
(TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
Click Here to try to make donation again

Current Settings done:
> Authorize.net mode: Test mode
> Latest Login id and transaction key
> Payment selected on Joom Donation: Authorize.net (mode: test mode)
> Component Integration: Community Builder


2> Settings selected for "mod_jdonation" module :
> "Donation Type" to "Both" ( under parameters )

Problem is when i select the "Pre-defined" amount from radio boxes listed and leave text-box blank then press "donate" , nothing happens , means form is not submitted.

But if i use one at a time either a radio box or text box for donation then it works.

I checked with the client and found that It was a problem with his authorize.net account, so basically, no bugs here . The extension works fine on his website .
