Why can I not upload the jd-forms... this is a message I keep getting...

Hi Tony

It seems you are using old version of the extension ? What version of Joom Donation you are having ?

From the error message, I believe you installed the extension before and also you are having old version of Joom Donation. If you are having Joom Donation 3.5, the issue won't happen !
